About this speaker
Caroline is the Deputy Director of EatSafe at the Global Alliance for Improved Nutrition (GAIN). Prior to joining GAIN, she worked as an International Food Safety Policy Manager for FDA's Center for Food Safety and Applied Nutrition, including advising and representing the US government in the Codex Alimentarius and the World Trade Organization. She served for over 20 years as Director of Food Safety for the Center for Science in the Public Interest. Caroline holds a bachelor's in Political Science from the University of Vermont and a Juris Doctor from Antioch School of Law.
