About this speaker

Dominique has over 25 years of professional experience, including in various leadership positions with the FAO. 

From 2012 to 2021, Dominique served as Director of FAO’s Emergency and Resilience Division. He has extensive experience in humanitarian and development assistance, including as FAO Representative in Bangladesh, overseeing one of FAO’s largest country programmes. He also served in Syria and UN Headquarters in New York. 

Dominique holds an M.Sc. in Agricultural Engineering, and a post-graduate degree in International Relations. He Began career with the French Agriculture Social Protection System (MSA).
