Ms Saree Aongsomwang

Ms Saree Aongsomwang – Secretary General, Foundation for Consumers 

Ms Saree Aongsomwang is the Secretary General of Foundation for Consumers (FFC), Thailand’s leading consumer organisation, which she established in 1994. As well as founding FFC, Saree was instrumental in establishing the Confederation of Consumer Organisations, a group of 17 consumer organisations working across a wide range of issues, but with health and food safety as important priorities. Saree holds a BA in Nursing and an MA in Social and Community Development, and worked previously in the healthcare sector.
